We were under a lot of pressure due to a defective communicator in our fire panel and the urgency from the Fire Department. We needed to either repair the communicator or replace the entire fire alarm system, something we weren’t looking to do. After comparing multiple fire alarm companies, Jerry from FPI was the only one who recommended an AES radio communicator. It was significantly more affordable and far more efficient than the options quoted by other companies. Unlike our previous fire alarm provider, FPI sent out two technicians instead of one. They did an excellent job installing the new AES radio system while integrating it seamlessly with our older fire panel. The quality of their work was truly a 5-star job. Our dental office was open and seeing patients when our system was tested and it could have been awkward but the team that came out was awesome!  They gave us plenty of warning before testing the alarms and we were quick in doing so.  They were able to email me my reports as soon as they were done so I had them on file and ready for our next fire marshal inspection!  They also take care of getting those reports to the fire marshal office.  Great job guys! UPDATED:  Yet another year of using FPI to test our fire alarms and system.  So fast and easy! I cannot recommend FPI enough! Jerry was incredibly knowledgable and helped guide us to the best system for our space. He took the time to explain the benefits of each option and I felt a level of care from him that I didn't feel from any of the other dozen companies I called. We hired FPI to install a new fire alarm panel, complete the state required testing of our fire and safety systems, and take over monitoring the fire system. They are professional, personable, and responsive in a timely fashion. When we have had issues with our system they were quick to come out and fix the issues. FPI is up front about the costs as well. Man where to start.   If only all businesses worked like this.   At the point of contacting them, the customer service was exceptional and prompt.  They were very professional and detail oriented while working around me and my business schedule.  No trying to upsell and gave me what I needed.  They get it, it's this easy! I've used Fire Protection at my Lynnwood and Snohomish locations for a number of years and have been throughly impressed by my service and the customer service I receive.
